Pavlov vs.Watson

Ivan Pavlov was one of the greatest Psychologies in the world.The first one that find out about Classical Condition. He was very smart using the dog's experiment. I think this experiment make humans to understand better the animals systems. This experiment had help to humans to communicated with animals throw objects and make them to follow what is been told by the owner. Like in the videos is been told Pavlov had use a dog to learn the behavior better since if very hard to define. He uses a dog to prove if he salivate while no food is given. Pavlov uses a bell ring and the dog gets some food, he repeated this many times until the dog would salivate right when it heard the bell being ring again. He rings the bell again but this time the dog don't get any food however the dogs salivates this is because the dog already knows that every time the bell rings he will get some food. In the video also say "The smell, stuffs that surround also can be the cause of a reaction." This is how Pavlov teach his dog when he was going to get food and not to get any food.

Watson was another psychologist that was very recognize in the world for his experiment with Little Albert.He believe that humans learn according to there environment. He uses little Albert to find out if If a baby would be afraid of animals if they heard a big sound? Watson use little Albert, he uses a rat a couple of times without a sound. Then he make a big sound while the rat was closed to little Albert and he starts crying. After this process he keep bringing different animals using dogs,rabbits and so on and little Albert starts crying because he think the will heard the sound again.Little Albert learned to have fear to animals.


Each psychologist teach us that behavior is not base on nature is base of what the environment could teach us and what we learned base throw experiences. Both had teach us good lessons thats could help to understand better our behavior.

North Grand Students Development

In my point of view I really don't see a similarity between Hair Length with Height.I think all students are very tall but there hair seen to be short and long.I really don't see any difference between hair length and height because for example there is a student that has 180 height of cm but his hair seems to be short.Another example is a student that has 149 height cm even though he/she is short there hair seems to be 40 hair length this means he/she has long hair. This can be a very closely point of view that this graph describe that hairs length and height don't affect students having a big height to have the longest hair or been the shortest student and have the shortest hair. This graph makes a lot of sense too me even though it can be hard to describe the main purpose of hair length and height.

North-Grand Students Development

In the 1st graph of Shoe size Vs. Height its very descriptive the students of North Grand High School having different Shoe size and height. This is not a negative relationship every human has different Shoes size and Height, this is not affecting shoe size to change. It is a positive relation that every student from North Grand high school has a different height and shoe size. I think all depends in the student if is tall or short he or she will know there show size.This graph those have a relationship but it all depends on every person point of view,mine is that there is a positive relationship,knowing every students has a different height and show size which is pretty cool knowing that students from North Grand high school has no balance in show size and in height.

My First Blogging Experience

This is my first time doing a blog for AP Psychology and also for anything else. This new experience is why I am looking forward to AP Psychology this year. My teacher for the class is Mr.Cantor, who was my teacher in my freshmen year. That makes me feel more comfortable with this class because of that.Working with him is exciting because he is always looking for new things to catch students' attention and make them be part of his class.

So far my blogging experience feels weird because it's my first time but I am interested in continuing to blog to share my opinions and knowledge to others. I know doing blogs like this will help me to learn from others as well. Knowing that students, teachers and even strangers can look at my blogs makes me feel a little awkward but not embarrassed about what I think. I will respect others ideas and opinions even if they don't agree with mine because I know that everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

I will try my best to keep up with my blogs from now on because I really like how you can express yourself in the world wide web. I will also be respectful towards other people's opinions and I hope they will do the same. I want to be able to gain more knowledge from this new class and then share it with others through this new experience with blogging.
